Shelves fitted. Door sills repaired. More work on bureau. Quote given for misc works on stiffkey fishermans cottage. Next week first job call out to fix front door, three sash windows for repair, utility room door for repair and larder cupboard to shelve out. Busy week .
On friday morning whilst doing the last of the finnishing of the stairs TV crews from ITV And BBC turned up to film the building as it was announced that this was to be norfolks first Free school, so the TV crews took some film of us finnishing of the stairs. Although only a few seconds were shown on the evening news still felt good to see oneself and work on TV.
A quieter week next with some shelves to make , a sash window to repair and a job to quote for in a fishermans cottage in stifkey wed afternoon. Looks like a bit of stolen time, A walk on the marshes and a pint of bitter in the red lion what could be better?. Oh and repairs to workshop roof thanks to the recent winds.
All the necessary Parts dismantled. Workshop repairs and new sections made .
Curtail step re-pinned to the slate floor. Tommorow re-assembly and then Rickey my french polisher in to re-finish. Looks like completion by friday.
